Description
A improper certificate validation vulnerability in Fortinet FortiClientEMS 7.4.3 through 7.4.5, FortiClientEMS 7.4.0 through 7.4.1, FortiClientEMS 7.2 all versions may allow attacker to information disclosure via <insert attack vector here>
A vulnerability allowing improper certificate validation has been identified in Fortinet FortiClient EMS versions 7.4.3 through 7.4.5, 7.4.0 through 7.4.1, and all versions of 7.2. This vulnerability may enable a remote, unauthenticated attacker to impersonate an Active Directory (AD) Connector using a valid API key, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure.
Users of Fortinet FortiClient EMS 7.4.3 through 7.4.5 and 7.4.0 through 7.4.1 should upgrade to version 7.4.6 or above. Those on Fortinet FortiClient EMS 7.2 should migrate to a fixed release.
