Description
Insufficient validation of untrusted input in WebML in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 147.0.7727.55 allowed a remote attacker to obtain potentially sensitive information from process memory via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability exists in Google Chrome's WebML component on Windows, in versions prior to 147.0.7727.55. This vulnerability stems from inadequate validation of untrusted input, which could enable a remote attacker to extract potentially sensitive information from the process memory by using a specially crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 147.0.7727.55 or later to address this vulnerability.
