Description
Improper link resolution before file access ('link following') in Window PC Manager allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
A vulnerability allowing improper link resolution before file access in Microsoft PC Manager has been identified. This issue allows an authorized attacker to locally elevate privileges. The vulnerability arises from inadequate handling of file links, which could be exploited to gain unauthorized access to higher-level permissions.
