Description
Missing Authorization vulnerability in Drupal FlowDrop allows Forceful Browsing. This issue affects FlowDrop versions: from 0.0.0 to 1.6.0.
A missing authorization vulnerability has been identified in the Drupal FlowDrop module, specifically in versions prior to 1.6.0. This vulnerability allows for forceful browsing by not adequately enforcing permissions on certain endpoints. As a result, attackers with the 'View any session' permission can trigger workflow executions, leading to unintended consequences such as incurring costs for large language model (LLM) usage or disrupting other users' sessions.
Users of the FlowDrop module for Drupal 11.x should upgrade to version 1.6.0. After upgrading, driving a session will require the 'Execute session workflow' permission.
