Description
Null pointer dereference in Active Directory Domain Services allows an authorized attacker to deny service over a network.
A null pointer dereference vulnerability has been identified in Active Directory Domain Services. This issue allows an authorized attacker to cause a denial-of-service condition over the network.
Users can apply the security update KB5099539 for Windows 10 Version 21H2 (all architectures), Windows 10 Version 22H2 (all architectures), Windows 11 (various versions and architectures), Windows Server 2012 (all versions and architectures), Windows Server 2016 (all versions and architectures), Windows Server 2019 (all versions and architectures), Windows Server 2022, and Windows Server 2025. Security update KB5099535 is available for Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 Version 1607 (both 32-bit and x64-based systems).
