Description
Contributor Arbitrary File Deletion in H5P <= 1.17.7 versions.
A vulnerability allowing arbitrary file deletion has been identified in the H5P WordPress plugin, affecting versions through 1.17.7. This issue arises from improper file handling, which could enable a contributor to delete files from the website. Such deletions, particularly of core files, could disrupt the site's functionality.
Users of the H5P WordPress plugin should update to version 1.17.8 or later to address this vulnerability. Patchstack users can enable auto-update for vulnerable plugins.
