Description
HCL IEM was affected with X-Content-Type-Options Header Missing. It may enable attackers to perform SSL stripping or man-in-the-middle attacks and intercept sensitive data.
A vulnerability exists in HCL IntelliOps Event Management v1.1 due to the absence of the X-Content-Type-Options header. This omission may allow attackers to conduct SSL stripping or man-in-the-middle attacks, intercepting sensitive data in the process.
This vulnerability was addressed in HCL IEM v1.2. Customers using older versions can upgrade to the latest version, which includes the fix. Assistance with the upgrade process is available from the HCL IEM support team.
