Description
HCL iControl was affected by Auto complete Enabled vulnerabilities. It involves expose sensitive information such as: Valid usernames, Email addresses used for login, Account identifiers If the system is accessed from shared environments, attackers may enumerate valid usernames through browser suggestions.
A vulnerability exists in HCL iControl versions 4.4.0 and prior, related to auto complete functionality in web forms. This vulnerability allows for the exposure of sensitive information, including valid usernames, email addresses used for login, and account identifiers. In shared environments, attackers could potentially enumerate valid usernames through browser auto complete suggestions.
Users are advised to upgrade to HCL iControl version 4.5.0.
