Description
An improper access control vulnerability in CatchPulse could allow a non-administrative local attacker to connect to an unrestricted kernel filter communication port and bypass CatchPulse's security policy enforcement.
A vulnerability has been identified in CatchPulse, an endpoint security solution for Windows, prior to version 10.10.0. This improper access control issue could enable a non-administrative local attacker to connect to an unrestricted kernel filter communication port, thereby bypassing CatchPulse's security policy enforcement.
SecureAge has released a patch for this vulnerability. Users are advised to update to the latest version of CatchPulse.
