Description
Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.17 and 1.7.x before 1.7.2 allows Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). The issue occurs because the attachment MIME type is not properly escaped on the attachment-validation warning page.
A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in Roundcube Webmail versions prior to 1.6.17 and 1.7.x prior to 1.7.2. The issue arises because the attachment MIME type is not properly escaped on the attachment-validation warning page, allowing for the injection of malicious scripts.
Users are advised to update to Roundcube Webmail versions 1.6.17 or 1.7.2.
