CVE-2026-54273 Details
Description
AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.1, no limit was present on the number of pipelined requests that could be queued. An attacker may be able to use pipelined requests to use excessive amounts of memory, potentially leading to DoS. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.14.1.
A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in AIOHTTP, an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for Python. In versions prior to 3.14.1, there was no limit on the number of pipelined HTTP/1.1 requests that could be queued per connection. This lack of restriction allowed an attacker to send multiple pipelined requests, potentially consuming excessive memory and leading to a denial-of-service condition.
Users can upgrade to AIOHTTP version 3.14.1 or later, where this vulnerability has been patched.
