Description
Tobit Laboratories AG TeamDavid's Webbox does not enforce authentication or authorization checks when serving these log files. As a result, attackers can obtain sensitive error information or internal application details, potentially aiding in further attacks. This issue affects TeamDavid before Rollout 528. Starting with Rollout 528 (June 30, 2026), the affected functionality is disabled by default and the vulnerabilities are therefore no longer exposed through this functionality.
A vulnerability exists in Tobit Laboratories AG TeamDavid's Webbox, specifically in versions through Rollout 524, due to the lack of authentication and authorization checks when serving log files. This oversight allows attackers to access sensitive error information and internal application details, which could facilitate further attacks.
Users are advised to update to the latest version of TeamDavid Webbox, as the current version may contain vulnerabilities that have been fixed in the latest release. Additionally, consider placing the application behind a VPN or reverse proxy that filters requests and blocks access to non-essential endpoints.
