Description
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfrm: ipcomp: Free destination pages on acomp errors Move the out_free_req label up by a couple of lines so that the allocated dst SG list gets freed on error as well as success.
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's IPComp implementation within the xfrm subsystem has been addressed. The issue involved improper management of destination pages in the presence of errors, which could lead to memory leaks. The vulnerability affected the Linux kernel stable tree.
Users can upgrade to the latest version of the Linux kernel stable tree, where this vulnerability has been fixed.
