Description
A reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the /logo.asp component of FS Inc S3150-8T2F Switch 2.2.0D Build 118101 allows attackers to execute arbitrary Javascript in the context of the victim's browser via a crafted URL.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the FS Inc S3150-8T2F Switch, specifically in version 2.2.0D Build 118101. This vulnerability resides within the '/logo.asp' component of the admin web interface. It allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the victim's browser by crafting a URL that exploits unvalidated input in the 'button' and 'button_url' parameters. When these parameters are included in a GET request, the switch reflects the input without proper sanitization, enabling the execution of malicious scripts.
