Buffer Overflow vulnerability in UTT nv518G nv518GV3v3.2.7-210919-161313 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via the gohead/sub_472f08 component
A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the UTT nv518G firmware version nv518GV3v3.2.7-210919-161313. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service by exploiting the gohead/sub_472f08 component. The issue arises because the delstr parameter is processed in a way that leads to excessive data being written to a buffer, overwriting adjacent stack variables and corrupting the return address.
