Description
A flaw has been found in SourceCodester Simple Doctors Appointment System 1.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /admin/ajax.php?action=login2. This manipulation of the argument email causes sql injection. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used.
A SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in SourceCodester Simple Doctors Appointment System version 1.0. The issue resides in the file '/admin/ajax.php' during the 'login2' action, where the 'email' parameter is not properly validated, allowing attackers to inject malicious SQL queries. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely, without any authentication.
It is recommended to use prepared statements and parameter binding to prevent SQL injection, validate and filter user input, minimize database user permissions, and conduct regular security audits.
