Description
A Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in the automatic short URL title resolution component of shlink v5.0.1 allows attackers to scan internal resources via supplying a crafted longUrl.
A Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability has been identified in Shlink version 5.0.1, specifically within the automatic short URL title resolution feature. This vulnerability allows attackers to scan internal resources by supplying a crafted long URL. When the 'AUTO_RESOLVE_TITLES' option is enabled and no explicit title is provided, the application can be manipulated to send requests to internal destinations via the configured HTTP client. The extracted page title from the response can then be stored or returned with the created short URL, potentially disclosing sensitive information.
