Description
Stack-based buffer overflow in .NET Framework allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in .NET Framework. This issue allows an unauthorized attacker to cause a denial-of-service condition over the network. The vulnerability affects multiple versions of .NET Framework, as well as Visual Studio 2022 and 2026. The root cause of the vulnerability is a stack-based buffer overflow, which can be exploited to disrupt service availability.
