Description
Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in Visual Studio Code allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally.
A command injection vulnerability has been identified in Visual Studio Code, allowing unauthorized attackers to execute code locally. This issue arises from improper neutralization of special elements used in commands.
Users can download the security update for Visual Studio Code from the Visual Studio Code website. The vulnerability is addressed in version 1.128.1.
