Description
Improper link resolution before file access ('link following') in Microsoft PC Manager allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
A vulnerability allowing improper link resolution before file access has been identified in Microsoft PC Manager. This issue allows an authorized attacker to locally elevate privileges. The vulnerability arises from inadequate handling of file links, which could be exploited to gain higher rights within the application.
