Description
Heap-based buffer overflow in Active Directory Domain Services allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network.
A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in Active Directory Domain Services. This vulnerability allows an authorized attacker to execute code remotely over a network. The issue arises from the NSPI RPC interface, where crafted inputs can trigger an out-of-bounds write in the directory service process, leading to memory corruption and potential remote code execution.
