Description
Lack of input filtering leads to an XSS vector in the HTML filter code.
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the Joomla! Framework. This issue arises from inadequate input filtering within the 'cleanAttributes' filter code, allowing for the injection of malicious scripts. The vulnerability affects Joomla! CMS versions 3.0.0 through 5.4.5 and 6.0.0 through 6.1.0.
Users are advised to upgrade to Joomla! CMS version 5.4.6 or 6.1.1.
