CVE-2026-47768 Details
Description
nebula-mesh is a self-hosted control plane for Slack Nebula mesh virtual private network. Prior to version 0.3.2, newly-minted operator API key exposed in redirect URL (Referer, history, proxy logs). This issue has been patched in version 0.3.2.
A vulnerability in Nebula Mesh, a self-hosted control plane for Slack Nebula mesh VPN, allows for the exposure of newly-created operator API keys in the redirect URL. This issue affects versions through 0.3.1 and has been patched in 0.3.2. The vulnerability arises because the raw API key is included in the query string of the redirect URL, which can be captured in browser history, the Referer header, and reverse proxy access logs. Additionally, the query string can be corrupted by certain characters in the key name.
Users can update to Nebula Mesh version 0.3.2, where this vulnerability has been fixed.
