Description
Privilege escalation in the IPC component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 149 and Thunderbird 149.
A privilege escalation vulnerability has been identified in the Inter-Process Communication (IPC) component of Mozilla Firefox. This issue affects versions of Firefox prior to 149. The vulnerability allows for unauthorized elevation of privileges, which could potentially be exploited to gain elevated access rights within the application.
Users can upgrade to Firefox 149 to address this vulnerability.
