Description
ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to version 7.1.2-23, due to a missing depth check a stack overflow can occur in the fx operation by passing a crafted argument. This issue has been patched in version 7.1.2-23.
A stack overflow vulnerability has been identified in ImageMagick versions prior to 7.1.2-23. This issue arises from a missing depth check in the fx operation, allowing a crafted argument to trigger the overflow. The vulnerability has been patched in version 7.1.2-23.
Users can upgrade to ImageMagick version 7.1.2-23 or later to address this vulnerability.
