CVE-2026-4533 Details
Description
A vulnerability was detected in code-projects Simple Food Ordering System 1.0. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file all-tickets.php. The manipulation of the argument Status results in sql injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used.
A time-based blind SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in Code-Projects Simple Food Ordering System version 1.0. The issue arises in the all-tickets.php file, specifically within the status parameter. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject malicious SQL commands that are executed by the database, potentially leading to unauthorized data access or manipulation. The exploitation takes advantage of insufficient input validation, enabling attackers to confirm the injection by causing deliberate delays in the server's response.
It is recommended to use prepared statements and parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection attacks. Additionally, all user-supplied input should be validated and sanitized before processing. Ensuring that the database user has minimal privileges and deploying a web application firewall (WAF) to block SQL injection attempts can also enhance security.
