Description
This issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10, iOS 26.6 and iPadOS 26.6, macOS Tahoe 26.6. An app may be able to access information about a user's contacts.
A vulnerability exists in the Contacts component of Apple iOS 26.6, iPadOS 26.6, and macOS Tahoe 26.6. This vulnerability allows apps to access information about a user's contacts without proper authorization. The issue arises from inadequate validation, which has been addressed in the latest software updates.
Users can update to iOS 26.6, iPadOS 26.6, or macOS Tahoe 26.6 to address this vulnerability.
