Description
A race condition was addressed with improved locking. This issue is fixed in macOS Tahoe 26.6. A malicious app may be able to gain root privileges.
A race condition vulnerability has been identified in Apple macOS Tahoe, specifically in the DesktopServices component. This issue allows a malicious application to potentially gain root privileges by exploiting the race condition.
