Description
The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.5.2, iOS 26.5.2 and iPadOS 26.5.2, macOS Tahoe 26.5.2, tvOS 26.6, visionOS 26.6, watchOS 26.6. Processing maliciously crafted web content may result in the disclosure of process memory.
A vulnerability in WebKit, the engine behind Safari, allows for the unauthorized disclosure of process memory. This issue arises from improper memory management, which can be exploited by processing maliciously crafted web content. The vulnerability is present in Safari 26.5.2, as well as in iOS 26.5.2 and iPadOS 26.5.2. Additionally, it affects macOS Tahoe 26.5.2.
Users can update to Safari 26.5.2, iOS 26.5.2, iPadOS 26.5.2, or macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 to address this vulnerability.
