Description
An out-of-bounds read was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.5 and iPadOS 26.5, macOS Tahoe 26.5, tvOS 26.5, watchOS 26.5. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination or read kernel memory.
A vulnerability allowing an out-of-bounds read has been identified in multiple Apple operating systems, including iOS 26.5, iPadOS 26.5, macOS Tahoe 26.5, tvOS 26.5, and watchOS 26.5. This vulnerability was addressed with improved bounds checking. However, it may still be possible for an application to cause unexpected system termination or read kernel memory.
