CVE-2026-43582 Details
Description
OpenClaw before 2026.4.10 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in browser navigation policy that allows attackers to bypass hostname validation through DNS rebinding attacks. Attackers can exploit inconsistent hostname resolution between validation and actual network requests to pivot to internal resources via unallowlisted hostname URLs.
A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability has been identified in OpenClaw versions prior to 2026.4.10. This vulnerability allows attackers to bypass hostname validation by exploiting DNS rebinding attacks. The issue arises from inconsistent hostname resolution between validation checks and actual network requests, enabling attackers to access internal resources through unallowlisted hostname URLs.
Users are advised to upgrade to OpenClaw version 2026.4.10 or later. The latest npm release, 2026.4.14, includes the fix.
