Description
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/pm: Fix null pointer dereference issue If SMU is disabled, during RAS initialization, there will be null pointer dereference issue here.
A null pointer dereference vulnerability has been identified in the Linux kernel's AMD Direct Rendering Manager (DRM) power management component. This issue occurs during Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) initialization when the System Management Unit (SMU) is disabled. The vulnerability can lead to a crash or unintended behavior by causing the kernel to attempt to access memory that has not been properly initialized.
