CVE-2026-41339 Details
Description
OpenClaw before 2026.4.2 exposes configPath and stateDir metadata in Gateway connect success snapshots to non-admin authenticated clients. Non-admin clients can recover host-specific filesystem paths and deployment details, enabling host fingerprinting and facilitating chained attacks.
A vulnerability exists in OpenClaw versions prior to 2026.4.2, where the Gateway 'connect' success snapshots inadvertently reveal local 'configPath' and 'stateDir' metadata to non-admin authenticated clients. This exposure allows low-privilege clients to access host-specific filesystem paths and deployment details, which could be used for host fingerprinting and to facilitate chained attacks.
Users can update to OpenClaw version 2026.4.2 or later, where this vulnerability has been patched.
