Description
Unauthenticated PHP Object Injection in Roisin <= 1.4 versions.
A PHP object injection vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Roisin theme, affecting versions through 1.4. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated users to manipulate object serialization, which could lead to various types of code execution or injection attacks, such as executing arbitrary code, SQL injection, path traversal, or causing a denial-of-service, especially if a suitable object injection chain is exploited.
Users are advised to update the Roisin theme to version 1.5 or later. Patchstack has also issued a mitigation rule to block attacks targeting this vulnerability until the update is applied.
