Description
Unauthenticated PHP Object Injection in Eldon <= 1.4.1 versions.
A PHP object injection vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Eldon theme, affecting versions through 1.4.1. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated users to manipulate object properties, which could lead to various types of code execution, including SQL injection, path traversal, and denial-of-service, if a suitable object injection chain is exploited.
Users are advised to update the Eldon theme to version 1.5 or later. Patchstack has also provided a mitigation rule to block attacks until the update is applied.
