Description
Improper input validation in AVer PTC500S, PTC115, PTC500+, and PTC115+ cameras may allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution via a specially crafted web request.
A vulnerability allowing arbitrary code execution has been identified in AVer PTC500S, PTC115, PTC500+, and PTC115+ cameras. This issue arises from improper input validation, which may enable a remote, unauthenticated attacker to execute code by sending a specially crafted web request.
AVer has released a firmware update to address this vulnerability. Users can download the update from the AVer Presentation website.
