Description
A permissions issue was addressed with additional restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.7.8, macOS Sonoma 14.8.8, macOS Tahoe 26.6. A malicious app may be able to gain root privileges.
A vulnerability exists in the Remote Management feature of macOS that allows a malicious application to gain root privileges. This issue arises from a permissions flaw that has been addressed with additional restrictions. The vulnerability is present in multiple macOS versions, including Sequoia 15.7.8, Sonoma 14.8.8, and Tahoe 26.6.
