Description
Unauthenticated PHP Object Injection in Micdrop <= 1.3.1 versions.
A PHP object injection vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Micdrop theme, affecting versions through 1.3.1. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated users to manipulate object properties, which could lead to various types of code execution, SQL injection, path traversal, or denial-of-service attacks, especially if a suitable object injection chain is exploited.
Users are advised to update the Micdrop theme to version 1.4 or later. Patchstack has also issued a mitigation rule to block attacks until the update is applied.
