Description
An issue in Observeinc's Observe v.2026-01-28 and before allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via the CSV Log export component.
A CSV injection vulnerability has been identified in Observeinc's Observe application, versions through 2026-01-28. This issue allows remote attackers to exfiltrate sensitive information by injecting malicious payloads into logged HTTP request headers. The vulnerability arises because the application does not properly sanitize user-controlled header values before logging them. When exported to CSV, these injected formulas can execute in the context of the user's spreadsheet application, potentially leading to unauthorized access to sensitive data or even remote code execution in certain Excel versions.
