Description
mrubyc through release3.4.1 was found to contain an out-of-bounds read in builtin missing-method lookup inside mrbc_find_method().
A vulnerability allowing an out-of-bounds read has been identified in mrubyc versions prior to release 4.0.0. This issue arises in the built-in method lookup process, specifically within the 'mrbc_find_method()' function, where it improperly handles method symbols, potentially leading to memory access violations.
Users can upgrade to mrubyc version 4.0.0 or later to address this vulnerability.
