Description
Shenzhen Tenda Technology Co., Ltd Tenda PW201A v1.0.5 was discovered to contain a buffer overflow in the page parameter of the qossetting function. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted HTTP request.
A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the Tenda PW201A router, specifically in version 1.0.5. The issue arises in the QoS setting function, where user-supplied HTTP parameters are not properly validated. This vulnerability allows attackers to manipulate the 'page' parameter, leading to a buffer overflow that can cause a denial-of-service condition by crashing the device or causing instability.
