Description
Shenzhen Tenda Technology Co., Ltd Tenda O3 Wireless Router v1.0.0.5(4180) was discovered to contain a stack overflow in the domain parameter of the fromNetToolGet function. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted HTTP request.
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the Tenda O3 Wireless Router, version 1.0.0.5(4180). The issue arises in the 'fromNetToolGet' function, where user-influenced HTTP parameters are processed. When the 'traceroute' option is selected, the vulnerable parameter is exploited to execute arbitrary commands, potentially leading to a denial-of-service condition by causing the device to crash or become unstable.
