A high-severity object lifecycle vulnerability has been identified in the DevTools component of Google Chrome. This issue affects versions prior to 145.0.7632.159. The vulnerability arises from improper management of object lifecycles, which could lead to heap corruption. An attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability by convincing a user to install a malicious Chrome extension.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 145.0.7632.159 or later to address this vulnerability.
