Description
A denial-of-service (DoS) vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in the SonicWall Email Security appliance, allowing a remote authenticated attacker as admin user to cause the application to become unresponsive.
A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in the SonicWall Email Security appliance. This issue arises from improper input validation, allowing a remote authenticated attacker with admin privileges to make the application unresponsive. The vulnerability affects SonicWall Email Security versions 10.0.34.8215, 10.0.34.8223, and earlier.
Users are advised to upgrade to SonicWall Email Security version 10.0.35.8405 or higher. For those using VMWare or Hyper-V, the same version upgrade applies.
