Description
Media Encoder versions 26.0.2, 25.6.4 and earlier are affected by an Integer Overflow or Wraparound vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
A vulnerability allowing arbitrary code execution has been identified in Adobe Media Encoder versions 26.0.2, 25.6.4 and earlier. This issue arises from an integer overflow or wraparound vulnerability. Exploitation requires user interaction, as a victim must open a malicious file.
Users are advised to update to Adobe Media Encoder version 25.6.5 or 26.2. For managed environments, IT administrators can deploy these updates using the Adobe Admin Console.
