CVE-2026-34113 Details
Description
Guardian language-system passes the id GET parameter directly into a PHP exec() call in speech_text.php (line 18) without sanitization: exec(\"php jobs/speech_audio_text.php \".$login_session.\" \".$_GET['id'].\" ...\"). No authentication is required. An unauthenticated remote attacker can append shell metacharacters to execute arbitrary OS commands on the server.
A command injection vulnerability has been identified in the Guardian language-system application, specifically in the speech_text.php file. The issue arises because the id GET parameter is passed directly to a PHP exec() function call without proper sanitization. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the server by appending shell metacharacters to the id parameter. The vulnerability affects all versions of the language-system application up to commit e42c395.
