Description
An unauthenticated remote attacker can access a configuration file containing database credentials. This can result in a some loss of confidentiality, but there is no endpoint exposed to use these credentials.
A vulnerability allowing unauthenticated remote access to a configuration file containing database credentials has been identified in MB connect line mbCONNECT24 and mymbCONNECT24, specifically in versions 2.19.4 and prior. While this vulnerability could lead to some loss of confidentiality, there is currently no endpoint available to utilize these credentials.
Users are advised to update their mbCONNECT24 or mymbCONNECT24 instance to version 2.19.5.
