Description
Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Navigate Content Management System. The vulnerability is present in the '/blog' endpoint because user input is not properly sanitized through designed query parameters. This results in unsafe HTML rendering, which could allow a remote attacker to execute JavaScript code in the victim's browser.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in Navigate Content Management System (CMS) versions prior to 2.9.5. The issue arises in the '/blog' endpoint, where user input is not adequately sanitized, allowing for unsafe HTML to be rendered. This flaw could enable remote attackers to execute JavaScript in the context of the victim's browser.
Users can upgrade to Navigate CMS version 2.9.6 to address this vulnerability.
