Description
Use after free in Microsoft Windows Speech allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows Speech, allowing an authorized attacker to locally elevate privileges. This vulnerability affects multiple versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Users can apply the security update KB5082200 for Windows 10 and KB5083768 or KB5082052 for Windows 11, depending on their system version. Instructions for downloading these security updates are available on the Microsoft Update Catalog.
