Description
IBM API Connect 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.0.3 uses default credentials which could allow an attacker to gain unauthorized access to the application before the system enforces a credential update.
A vulnerability exists in IBM API Connect versions 12.1.0.0 through 12.1.0.3, where default credentials can be exploited to gain unauthorized access to the application. This access is granted before the system enforces a mandatory credential update, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure.
Users are advised to upgrade to IBM API Connect version 12.1.1.0, which addresses this vulnerability. The upgrade can be obtained through the IBM Fix Central.
